Do Not Drink … Play!
If you enjoy having a a beer every so often, keep your cash at home if you set out to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Leave your purse, your wallet, and leave all cash, plastic credit and checks back at the hotel. Grab only the money you expect to spend on refreshments, tips and only the pocket change you intend to burn and leave the rest behind.
Contemptuous? Not by any means. Just realistic. You can experience a win after a intoxicated evening out with your compatriots and be blessed sufficiently to catch a 25 minute roll at a on fire craps table. Keep that account seeing that it is as short-lived as it gets if you continuously consume alcohol and gamble. These activities simply do not go well together.
Keeping your cash at home is a tiny bit drastic, but defensive measures for excessive actions is a requirement. If you bet to win, then don’t drink and bet. If you like to blow your money without a concern, then consume all the free booze you can handle, but do not carry credit cards and checkbooks to toss into the mix of following squanderings after your inebriated head throws away all the cash!
Allow me to take this one step further. Don’t consume alcohol and then jump on the net to play in your preferred internet casino either. I love to beer from the comfort of my domicile, but since I am linked up through Neteller, Firepay and have credit cards in close proximity, I can’t drink alcohol and wager.
Why? Even though I don’t drink to excess, once I drink, it is absolutely enough to blur my judgment. I bet, so I do not drink alcohol when gambling. If you are more of a drinker, don’t gamble when you do. The two mix up for a ferocious, and expensive, drink.
